Founded in 1970 by David Sestak, a musician and artist, Media Five Entertainment is a premier entertainment organization possessing extensive expertise in the worldwide music industry. Initially created as a booking agency, Media Five has discovered and championed some of hardest working bands over the last four decades. Breaking Benjamin, Fuel, LIVE (Public Affection), The Badlees, Johnny O and the Classic Dogs of Love, Magnum, Negative Space, Solution AD, Emily's Toybox and Go Go Gadjet were just some of booking agency's most successful clients. Early on, the company under the name of Extensions of Man Concerts promoted hundreds of shows headlining such artists as Aerosmith, Billy Joel, and Kiss.
Media Five further expanded to create an Artist Management Division. Through artist development, Media Five nurtured local bands from the ground up: guiding them through recording and album releases, radio and Internet promotion, marketing campaigns and touring. We are proud of our achievements as a management company, in particular with the bands Live and Fuel who sold over 25 million records worldwide highlighted by two #1 Billboard Top 200 Albums and well over 35 #1 Singles on Billboard charts and music trade charts in America. Outside of America, over 20 #1 albums and 30 #1 singles have been charted in respective countries. Our artists headlined venues of all sizes, up to and including stadiums under our tenure. We salute the artists for their creativity and worldwide influence on Pop Culture. Their songwriting, recordings and live performances are indelible contributions to the history of popular music.
